14 days guarantee

When purchasing a semi-annual or annual plan, you are entitled to a discount (15% for the semi-annual plan and 30% for the annual plan) and also for a 14-days guarantee. If you have purchased one of these plans you can regret in 14 days from the date of your actuall purchase via the following email: support@drummer-tube.com. Please write in the email: “I want to cancel the subscription” and spell out the full name and email through which you purchased our subscription.

Warranty procedure

If there is a technical fault that prevent you to consume our product propely , you can report it to us by email: support@drummer-tube.com.
